- In what manner is warranty and follow-up service of sold equipment provided?
Product warranty liabilities of the LINGER-SIBERIA company are an integral part of any equipment purchase contract. Furthermore, liabilities and warranties are documented in the Technical Passport, which is attached in the mandatory order to each item of equipment sold. As a rule, the warranty period for any equipment manufactured by LINGER-SIBERIA covers at least two years. During the warranty period, LINGER-SIBERIA ensures free of charge repair and replacement of equipment components subject to its proper operation and transportation. Follow-up service can be provided on the basis of a separate agreement concluded with the customer. High quality of products made by the LINGER-SIBERIA company allows successful operation of supplied equipment during many years.
- Does LINGER-SIBERIA provide training in proper operation of equipment to the customer's staff?
The LINGER-SIBERIA company always endeavors to ensure fault-free and efficient long-year operation of equipment purchased by the customer. This can be ensured only due to its competent operation and high-skill maintenance. Therefore, the company places special emphasis on the quality of training of customer’s staff involved in operation and maintenance of the equipment purchased. At customer’s request, the company periodically delivers theoretical and practical workshops, in the course of which customer’s specialists are given the possibility to get acquainted with special features of operation and maintenance of the purchased equipment in more detail. Of special importance is practical training, during which customer’s specialists gain skills for immediate handling of physical samples of equipment. Normally, such workshops are arranged in the LINGER-SIBERIA’s premises, however, at customer’s option, training can be provided in the course of commissioning equipment at the customer’s enterprise.
- Is it possible to design and manufacture a customized automated line to cover the entire dozing and packing process for the required product?
The possibilities of the LINGER-SIBERIA company are not limited to manufacturing machines intended for sealing of various containers. Production and intellectual potential of the company allows creation of technologically completed manufacturing lines for dozing, sorting and packing of any liquid, paste-like, free-running and solid food, perfumery, medical, chemical and other products using most state-of-the-art technologies including those developed and patented by the company itself.
- Is it possible to manufacture nonstandard custom-designed modifications of equipment adapted to special cases?
